
The Best Fitness Program In My Opinion

The digital fitness and wellness platform, FORM by Sami Clarke is the best fitness program in my opinion. It is a program that I swear by. I want to mention that this is a true unbiased opinion of the FORM program. FORM has made such a positive impact on my life and I think it would for you too. This program has completely changed my relationship with working out and has become a staple in my daily routine. I am so passionate about FORM that I find it necessary to share my experience to help inspire you to give the program a try.
A Little About Sami Clarke
You may recognize Sami not only from FORM, but also from her popular YouTube channel, Instagram, or TikTok. She is a certified fitness trainer who aims to help others live a healthier lifestyle. Her passion and commitment to helping others live healthier lives comes through so strongly on her social platforms. It wasn’t until I was house-bound, 8 months pregnant, and scrolling through Youtube that I discovered her. After watching a few of her day in my life videos, I was so inspired to join the FORM program after giving birth. I felt so motivated to be the healthiest version of myself not only for me but for my husband and daughter as well.
Suitable For Beginners And Advanced Levels
What I really appreciated about FORM when I first joined is that it didn’t matter that I was just starting my fitness journey. The program has beginner level workouts as an option so you are not overwhelmed with intense workouts that you can’t keep up with. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can easily jump into the program.

Set Schedule Each Week
Each week FORM lays out a new schedule for you. You will know what muscle groups you will be focusing on each day of the week. All you have to do is click on the day, and the workout video is already there waiting for you. There is no searching for videos or deciding what you want to workout that day. I greatly appreciate this feature because I can get overwhelmed with deciding on which muscle group to focus on or choosing a specific video. FORM really does all the work for you. All you need to do is show up and do it. If you would like extra movement that day, or would rather focus on another muscle group, you can easily search through the videos and find one that would be more suitable for you. FORM’s instagram will share the workout schedule on their story every Sunday. I really love that they do this because it gets me mentally prepared for the week.

Types Of Workouts To Expect
After trying other workout apps and classes, I found I get the best results when I include weights in my workout. This is why I truly love the workouts on FORM. You don’t need much equipment, you can expect to use five to ten pound dumbbells and a booty band. You can always add more weight to challenge yourself, or less. It is up to you to decide. The workouts on FORM are strength training paired with high intensity interval training (HIIT), as well as a newer addition of pilates. So whether you are looking for a more intense workout, lifting heavier weights, or you would prefer a more relaxed pilates flow style workout, FORM has you covered. What is also great about FORM is that you can download the app to your phone. This makes it so easy and convenient to workout when you are on the go.

Shorter And More Effective Workouts
As a full-time mom to an eight month old, it can be hard at times to carve out time to prioritize myself. However, the workouts on FORM are so incredibly easy for me to fit into my day. The workouts range from five to forty-five minutes long. I know the moment I start the workout I will be done in forty-five minutes or less. For me, the thirty minute workouts are the best. I am able to prioritize myself for those thirty minutes and genuinely get results. These workouts helped me get back into my pre-baby shape without taking too much time out of my day.
Sense Of Community
One thing that comes through this program is the sense of family and community. FORM has a Facebook group you can join and you can also connect with other FORM members in your city on WhatsApp. It is so motivating to see other women and other moms like myself being shared on FORM’s instagram stories completing the workouts. You truly never feel alone when you are doing the workout. There are so many other women behind the screen working out with you.
Nutrition
FORM comes with a 14-day meal plan cookbook which has some of my favorite recipes. The banana egg pancake recipe is something I eat on a regular basis. Recently, FORM’s instagram shared exciting news that there will be weekly recipes on the platform beginning April 3rd. I am so excited for this new feature because it will help me better understand how I can support the workouts I am doing with proper nutrition. Having new meal and snack ideas weekly is such an added bonus to the program.
